VPS Quality: 9 / 10 (so far no issue yet, anyway only almost a week. Still have to evaluate further)

Support Quality: 7 / 10 (slow respond sometime observed, but normally in 3 hours)

Attitute to customers: 9 / 10 (the support staff – Jeff is nice and always willing to help)

Reliability: not sure, only almost a week with them, i’ll stay longer with them to evaluate their performance further.

As for uptime, so far not much issue with them accept few reboot notified by them via email, at least.

So, overall rating i’ll give them 8/10. ………. by highlander2
